Kore.ai unveils enhanced AI platform to optimise business interactions

Kore.ai, focusing on enterprise conversational and generative AI platform technology, has revealed an enhanced release, the Kore.ai Experience Optimization (XO) Platform Version 11.0. This new version purports to boost AI-driven business interactions, catering to a wide gamut of utilisation cases, which encompasses customer experience, agent interaction, and search experiences.

The latest improvements in the XO V11.0 will assist businesses in leveraging AI ten times faster. The upgraded platform provides enterprises with intensified AI automation capabilities. This facilitates them to mould optimal conversational experiences, meeting their specific requirements.

Expressing his thoughts on this advancement, Kore.ai founder and CEO Raj Koneru stated, "Coming off the heels of a successful USD $150 million round, this next wave of innovation reinforces how Kore.ai is leading the way with generative AI." While forecasting the growth potential of generative AI, Gartner predicts that by 2026, generative AI will be incorporated in 75% of CAI offerings, an increase from 5% in 2023. This offers businesses the opportunity to deploy multifunctional applications, complex in nature, more easily.

Some industry-first features brought forth through this release include Unified Experience, which provides access to a single interface across all Kore.ai integrated products, encompassing Automation AI, Contact Centre AI, Search AI, and Agent AI. Other highlights include the use of multiple LLM Generative AI models for a comprehensive human-like generative AI experience, advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) for relevant content discovery and Outbound Campaigns that automate proactive voice outreach to customers.
